Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers modern and spacious rooms with lovely balconies, although some may feel a bit cramped. The service from the reception and concierge was attentive and friendly, making the stay pleasant. The location, right on Lake Annecy with stunning views, provides various activities for a memorable holiday. Dining options vary from a good buffet to overpriced meals, with some positives and negatives. Overall, a comfortable and clean hotel with friendly staff in a prime lakeside setting.
The hotel is in a beautiful location by the lake, a short walk to the town and close to a lake beach. The rooms are super spacious and feature a gorgeous balcony facing the lake, but the air conditioning seemed faulty. The service was mixed, with some helpful staff but others seemed distant. The dining experience had lots of choices but was marked by poor quality and service. The location is central for a good guest experience but not ideal due to some service issues.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering great views, but felt a bit cramped. The hotel facilities, including breakfast and dinner options, were fantastic. However, I found the pricing a bit high for what was provided.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is terrific right on Lake Annecy and close to the old town, but some aspects fell short such as the room condition and dining options. Service was courteous overall, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel offers modern and large rooms with a separate toilet room, shower room, and a lovely balcony. The service was excellent, reflecting the price paid. The location provides a perfect view of the lake and surrounding alpine resorts, giving us a memorable holiday experience.
The hotel was below expectations with some cleanliness and noise issues, despite being well-equipped. The service, especially from the receptionist and concierge, was pleasant, but other staff members were not as exceptional. The location by Lake Annecy was picturesque but a little far from the center. The dining experience was vast but not suitable for smaller appetites. Overall, a mixed experience.
